After successful payment, the system credits the corresponding amount to your account balance based on payment-channel notifications and order status. If payment succeeds but balance is not credited promptly, keep the order ID, payment proof, and account email and contact us for review.
The platform provides digital services such as AI image, video, prompt, and API generation, with no physical shipment. Generated results are delivered in the logged-in workspace; API results are returned through the interface. Task submission, queueing, generation, retry, and retention depend on model service, system status, and account balance.
Tasks are generally charged after successful completion and valid result generation. Image tasks deduct balance according to the current model's token basis; video tasks deduct balance according to currently available resolution, duration, and model unit price; API calls deduct balance according to actual request results and billing rules. Pricing follows the pricing page and workspace display.
Unused balance, duplicate payments, successful payment without crediting, clearly abnormal orders, or tasks where a system fault prevented valid service delivery may be submitted to support for review. We assess orders, balance ledger, task status, model return results, and payment-channel records to determine refund, compensation, or balance restoration.
Successfully completed and charged generation tasks, consumed API calls, results that fail to meet subjective expectations due to prompts or parameters, failures caused by violation of content rules or third-party-platform rules, and consumption caused by poor account or key protection are generally non-refundable.
Submit refund requests to support@mediacreator.ai with your account email, order ID, payment time, payment amount, task ID, and abnormality description. We process requests after reviewing order, balance, task, and risk-control records; if more information is needed, we will contact you by email.
Refunds are generally returned to the original payment channel. Actual arrival time depends on the payment provider, bank, or wallet rules. If the original channel does not support refund, the order exceeds channel limits, or risk controls apply, we may provide balance restoration, manual handling, or another feasible solution.
For malicious chargebacks, repeated abnormal refunds, content-rule violations, API abuse, or attempts to bypass billing, the platform may suspend related accounts, tasks, API keys, or top-up ability, and reserves the right to pursue remedies under applicable law.
