Some features require sign-in. Users are responsible for safeguarding accounts, passwords, API keys, and third-party authorization credentials, and for activity under their accounts. If you detect unauthorized access, key leakage, or abnormal tasks, contact us promptly.
You retain the rights you lawfully hold in uploaded assets, prompts, reference images, generated results, and other user content. You grant the platform permission to process that content as necessary to provide, maintain, troubleshoot, bill, secure, and improve the service. You must ensure submitted content does not infringe copyright, trademark, likeness, privacy, trade secret, or other lawful rights.
You may not use the platform to generate, upload, distribute, or automatically publish illegal, infringing, fraudulent, misleading, counterfeit, adult, gambling, hateful, harassing, violent extremist, malware-related, privacy-invasive, or third-party-platform-violating content. The platform may restrict, reject, suspend, or remove tasks and content based on legal, risk-control, payment-channel, model-provider, or third-party-platform requirements.
AI-generated results are probabilistic and may be inaccurate, incomplete, similar to other content, unavailable, or inconsistent with expectations. Before commercial publication, advertising, cross-platform distribution, or use in regulated contexts, users should review generated content for factual accuracy, compliance, copyright risk, and suitability.
Account balance may be used for currently available image, video, prompt, API, and related services. Tasks are generally charged after successful completion and valid result generation, based on model, parameters, and measured generation amount. Pricing, failed-task handling, and abnormal-order rules follow the pricing page and refund policy.
The platform provides digital AI generation services only and does not ship physical goods. Generated results are delivered in the logged-in workspace and may be previewed, downloaded, or moved into publishing flows during the available period. Result retention, download availability, and history display may be affected by storage policy, account status, and system maintenance.
The platform may rely on model providers, cloud services, payment channels, storage services, analytics, customer support tools, and third-party services such as TikTok. When you use third-party login, publishing authorization, payment, or API integrations, you must also follow the relevant third party's terms and policies. Third-party outages, review failures, rate limits, or rule changes may affect related features.
We may adjust features, pricing, models, parameters, or access methods due to product iteration, compliance requirements, model supply, cost changes, or security risk. If a user violates these Terms, laws, payment-channel rules, or third-party-platform rules, the platform may limit, suspend, or terminate related accounts, tasks, API keys, or content access.
Except where required by law, the service is provided as is and as available. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service, or that generated content will satisfy a specific commercial purpose. Losses caused by user content, third-party services, network conditions, model outputs, account leakage, or rule violations are borne by the responsible party as required by law.
